Monday: Hill runs

Workout
Using treadmill set at 7.5% incline
Run 1 mile
50 burpees
Run 1 mile

    I forgot to time this workout, but I kept the speed between 6 and 7 mph.  I felt like I cruised through the burpees at a good pace.  The worst part was that my calves were sore from "Flight Simulator."
